Shipping


1. Customs and Taxes

  • Shipping within the European Union : No additional charges apply.

  • Shipments outside the European Union : May be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
    📌 We recommend checking with your local customs authorities before placing your order.


2. Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed, these are the estimated delivery times :

  • Spain (Correos Express / Correos): 3 to 15 business days

  • European Union (FedEx / DHL): 7 to 20 business days

  • Rest of the world (FedEx / DHL / others): 15 to 30 business days

📌 Shipments outside the European Union may experience delays due to causes beyond our control, such as customs inspections, weather conditions, or local regulations.


3. Order Processing

All products undergo a final technical inspection before shipping to ensure they are in perfect working order.
If during this review we detect any potential errors or abnormal behavior, we will contact you to inform you and proceed with a full refund , if necessary.

📦 Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email .


4. Shipping Insurance

All shipments include basic insurance against loss or damage during transit.
If you would like extended or customized coverage , please contact us before completing your purchase.


5. Returns for Shipping Errors

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product:

  • Please email us at 📧 notrya1205@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt .

  • Attach clear photos of the product and original packaging .

📌 In the event that an error is confirmed on our part, we will cover the return or replacement costs .

⚠️ Important: Some minor signs of use may not be visible in the product images. If the signs are superficial and do not match the description, we reserve the right not to cover the return shipping costs .

ℹ️ Additional notes :

  • We reserve the right to refuse future sales to customers with abusive or repetitive return requests.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable , unless there is a confirmed error on our part.

  • We do not accept returns without prior authorization by email.
