🛡️ Limited Warranty

At APM Market, we offer a limited commercial warranty on all our pre-owned products, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and current European regulations.

We offer a 6-month limited warranty on our pre-owned cameras and lenses, exclusively for functional defects not attributable to use, handling, or natural wear and tear.


📷 Cameras – Warranty Conditions

The warranty covers internal operating failures that were not caused by improper use of the equipment.

Coverage will be valid provided the following conditions are met:

  • The number of shots must not have increased by more than 10,000 since the date of shipment.

  • The equipment must not have been opened, manipulated or tampered with after sale.

  • The product must not have suffered shocks, humidity, dust, excessive use or installation of incompatible accessories.

  • No additional signs of use must have occurred since delivery

  • The product must be kept under normal conditions of use (without intensive or continuous professional use)

⚠️ Cameras with more than 80,000 shots

If the equipment is sold with more than 80,000 shots , the warranty is limited to 3 months or a maximum of 5,000 additional shots , whichever comes first.



🔧 Objectives – Warranty Conditions

The warranty covers internal defects in focus or diaphragm not attributable to use or handling.

  • They must not show signs of impact, humidity, fungus, disassembly or modification.

  • Dust specks or signs of wear consistent with normal use are excluded.



❌ General Exclusions

We do not cover under any circumstances:

  • Misuse, falls or blows

  • Damage from moisture, sand, dust, or improper storage

  • Internal tampering or unauthorized repair attempt

  • Normal wear and tear on buttons, rubber, screens, bayonets, etc.

  • Dead pixels, minor dust specks, or cosmetic issues

  • Failures caused by intensive or continued professional use



📝 How do I activate the warranty?

If you believe your equipment has a covered fault:

  1. Write to notrya1205@gmail.com explaining the problem

  2. Attach photos and, if possible, proof of the failure

  3. We will evaluate your case and tell you if it falls under the warranty.

  4. If so, we will send you a return label and instructions.
