1. Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed, here are the estimated delivery times:

  • Spain (Correos Express / Correos): 3 to 12 days

  • European Union (FedEx / DHL): 7 to 15 days

  • Rest of the world (FedEx / DHL / others): 15 to 30 days

Shipments outside the European Union may experience delays due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, weather conditions, or local regulations.

2. Order Processing

All products undergo a final technical inspection before shipping to ensure they are in perfect working condition.
If we detect any potential issues or anomalies during this review, we will contact you immediately to inform you and proceed with a full refund if necessary.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

3. Customs and Taxes

  • Shipments within the European Union: No additional charges apply.

  • Shipments outside the European Union: Import duties or taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
    We recommend consulting your local customs authorities before placing an order.

4. Shipping Insurance

All shipments include basic insurance against loss or damage during transit.

If you require extended or customized coverage, please contact us before completing your purchase.

5. Returns Due to Shipping Errors

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product:

  • Attach photos of the product and the original packaging to facilitate verification.

If an error on our part is confirmed, we will cover the return or replacement shipping costs.

Some superficial signs of use may not be clearly visible in product photos.
If these are minor marks consistent with the described condition, we reserve the right not to cover return shipping costs.
