1. Our Contract
When you place an order with APM Market, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email with the tracking details.
We only sell products in reasonable quantities for personal or professional use, and in refurbished second-hand condition.
2. Shipping and Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details. All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days. Shipments are made from Spain or from warehouses located within the European Union.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and may be affected by external factors such as customs clearance or weather conditions.
3. Prices and Availability
All prices include applicable taxes within the EU. The availability and condition of each product are clearly detailed in its respective product listing. We only sell unique, second-hand items, individually inspected and verified.
4. Product Information
Each item is inspected and tested by our technicians before shipping. The functional and cosmetic condition is accurately described and documented with photographs.
Our products are used items and may show normal signs of wear.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Our Return Policy complies with European regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU). We offer a 14-calendar-day period to request a return from the date of receipt, provided the equipment has not been tampered with, excessively used, or damaged after purchase.
We do not accept returns from outside the EU unless an error on our part is confirmed.
6. Limited Warranty
All APM Market products include a limited commercial warranty of 6 months, exclusively covering functional defects not attributable to misuse, tampering, impact, humidity, dust, fungus, or unauthorized interventions.
This commercial warranty does not affect the legal rights that may apply to the consumer under the applicable regulations.
📌 Conditions that void the warranty:
- If the product has been opened, tampered with, or internally altered.
- If it has been damaged by moisture, impacts, falls, dust, or misuse.
- If incompatible accessories have been used.
- If the shutter actuation limits established in the product listing have been exceeded.
🔍 This policy applies equally to professional, semi-professional, and consumer-grade cameras and lenses, and aims to offer a fair, transparent, and second-hand market-adapted warranty.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Losses arising from misuse or mishandling of the product.
- Indirect, commercial, or consequential damages.
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Payment Methods
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard). We do not store card information. All transactions are securely processed.
9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
This contract is governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, both parties submit to the courts of Estepona (Málaga, Spain).
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify our terms, prices, and policies without prior notice. The conditions in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
11. Customer Conduct and Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if we detect abuse, offensive language, or fraudulent use of the return system. We may also deactivate accounts in case of suspicious or harmful behavior.
