Once the order is confirmed, we begin the customized process of preparing and verifying the equipment, which includes a final technical inspection to ensure its condition and operation.

🛑 For this reason, it is not possible to cancel or modify the order once it has been placed , since each unit requires individual processing before shipping.

Once you receive your order, you can exercise your right to return it according to the conditions established in our Return Policy.

Once your order has been processed, these are the estimated delivery times.

Spain (Correos Express / Correos) 3 to 15 business days

European Union (FedEx / DHL) 7 to 20 business days

Rest of the world (FedEx / DHL / Others) 15 to 30 business days

All products are shipped from Spain or from warehouses within the European Union.

📌 Shipments outside the European Union may be delayed due to causes beyond our control (customs, weather, local regulations, etc.).

All products are carefully checked and tested before shipping .

If we detect any potential faults or irregularities during the final inspection that could affect future operation, we will inform you immediately and issue the appropriate refund.

In accordance with European consumer regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), you can request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, only if the purchase was made within the European Union .

⛔ Standard returns are not accepted for orders placed outside the European Union , except in cases of error or defect attributable to APM Market.

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

--same condition as delivered, without alterations, damage or modifications

-- cameras, the shot counter must not have increased by more than 300 since the time of shipment

-- must not have been opened or tampered with internally

-- all original accessories and their packaging

--no new signs of use or defects caused by misuse or improper conditions

If your order arrives damaged or does not correspond to what you purchased

1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

If it is confirmed that there has been an error on our part

-- You can choose between replacement or full refund

🌍 For orders placed outside the European Union , we only accept returns in the event of a verified error by APM Market.

Important: Some superficial signs of wear may not be visible in the images. In these cases, if the wear is considered minor and expected for a used product, we reserve the right to waive the return shipping costs.
