Refund policy

At APM Market, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
That's why we offer a 14-day return policy, in accordance with European e-commerce legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU).
This means you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.


Conditions for Accepting Returns

In order for us to accept a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with no new marks, no misuse, no internal tampering, or damage.

  • In the case of cameras, the shutter count must not have increased by more than 200 shots since shipment.

  • All original accessories and the original packaging must be included.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

📍 Important:
If the product has been opened, disassembled, tampered with, intensively used, or returned with more marks or damage than at the time of sale, the return will not be accepted.

🔧 Damages or Issues with the Order

Please inspect your order upon reception.
If you find any damage, defects, or wrong items, contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue.


🔄 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item and place a new order separately.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to process and post the refund to your account.
