🛡️ Limited Commercial Warranty
At APM Market, we offer a limited commercial warranty on all our second-hand products, in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and current European regulations.
We provide a limited commercial warranty of 6 months on our used cameras and lenses, exclusively covering functional defects not attributable to misuse, handling, or natural wear and tear.
This commercial warranty does not affect the legal rights that may apply to the consumer under the applicable regulations.
📷 Cameras – Warranty Conditions
The warranty covers internal functional failures not caused by improper use of the equipment.
The coverage will be valid only if the following conditions are met:
- The shutter count must not have increased by more than 10,000 since the date of shipment.
- The equipment must not have been opened, tampered with, or serviced after the sale.
- It must not have suffered impacts, moisture, dust, excessive use, or the installation of incompatible accessories.
- No additional signs of use should have appeared since delivery.
- The product must be kept under normal usage conditions (no intensive or continuous professional use).
🔧 Lenses – Warranty Conditions
The warranty covers internal focusing or diaphragm defects not attributable to use or handling.
- They must not show signs of impacts, moisture, fungus, disassembly, or modification.
- Dust specks or wear consistent with normal use are excluded.
❌ General Exclusions
We do not cover under any circumstances:
- Misuse, drops, or impacts.
- Damage caused by moisture, sand, dust, or improper storage.
- Internal tampering or unauthorized repair attempts.
- Normal wear of buttons, rubbers, screens, mounts, etc.
- Dead pixels, minor dust specks, or cosmetic issues.
- Failures caused by intensive or continuous professional use.
📝 How to activate the warranty?
If you believe your equipment has a covered fault:
- Email info@apmmarket.com explaining the issue.
- Attach photos and, if possible, evidence of the fault.
- We will assess your case and inform you if it falls under the warranty.
- If approved, we will send you a return label and instructions.
